Legal solutions for your debts
Not every debt is resolved the same way.
Depending on what you owe and to whom, it may be possible to ask a judge to write off what you cannot pay, to challenge a credit agreement, or to restructure the timescales. No single route works for every case: that is why we start with yours.
Initial assessment at no cost. No obligation, and reviewed by a professional.

Reading in English
What is available in English.
We are translating the site gradually rather than machine-translating it, because getting a legal statement slightly wrong changes what it means. These pages are written in English:
- Spain’s Second Chance Law
- Who can apply: nationality, residence and leaving Spain
- Debts in the Canary Islands
- Credit cards and quick loans in Spain
- The guided questionnaire
- The contact form
Everything else — the resources section, the regional pages and the team — is currently in Spanish only. You can write to us in English on WhatsApp or by phone and we will reply.
What we commit to
What you will know before you decide.
- Who handles your case
- Legal responsibility always rests with a lawyer registered with the Bar, and you will know who that is before you sign. There is no salesperson in between.
- What will be done
- A written engagement setting out the exact scope of the work: what it includes and what it does not.
- What it costs
- A fixed price in writing before you engage us: a single amount, with IGIC (the Canary Islands equivalent of VAT) shown separately, and with what it covers and what it does not. Payment in instalments is generally available, with no interest and no surcharge: paying in instalments does not change the total price.
- What you will not hear
- We do not promise outcomes, and we do not publish figures we cannot substantiate. If your case does not fit a particular route, we will tell you.
